About the role
This role is ideal for Business Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems graduates who enjoy both technology and people. You'll run product demos, map client processes to Sasasoft products and integrations, and help close deals, earning commission on the business you help win.
What you'll do
- Run tailored product demos for prospects, online and on site
- Gather requirements and map business processes to Sasasoft products
- Explain integrations such as KRA eTIMS, M-Pesa, QuickBooks and Odoo in plain language
- Prepare solution outlines and support proposals
- Help new clients with onboarding and data migration where needed
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- Good understanding of business software, databases and cloud tools
- Strong communication skills and patience explaining technical ideas
- Ability to learn new products quickly
Nice to have
- Experience with POS, ERP or accounting systems
- Familiarity with APIs, Excel modelling or Power BI
What you'll earn
This is a commission-based role. You earn up to 20% of the value of every sale you close or help close, depending on the product and deal size. Commissions are paid by M-Pesa or bank once the client has paid. There's no cap on how much you can earn. For example, a KES 150,000 sale could earn you up to KES 30,000.
